How to remove fuses?

This should be simple, and it is until I get to the fuses inside the yellow block. I'm talking about the fuses under the hood. My interior light and locks don't work and I don't know why. I searched and it said check the fuses. Well, the one I want to check, I can't for the life of me get out. I got two different fuse pullers and neither one works to get them out.

Basically, just looking for suggestions on how others have gotten these out.

Thanks.

Not yet, when I did a search about problems that can happen when you change the head unit in your car, the most common thing that came up was check the interior light fuse. But I can't get it out.

Ok, I was actually thinking that but wanted to come in here and ask advice to see if there was something you could do that I haven't thought about.

thanks for the replies.
