headunits?

what is everyone running for a headunit?

i cant seem to find one tha twill compliment the interior and match the cluster.

i currently have a mvh-8200bt but its not installed because it doesnt fit the bezel with the relocation kit so i'm looking for alternatives.

i use to run an alpind ida-x305 (currently have it for sale) and it was by far the best headunit i have ever owned and i have been threw quite a few. you can change the button colors on it to blue or red so it would work pretty good with stock interiors. only reason i switched from it was because i wanted to try a 2din setup.

look into that and see if you like it. like i said i have one for sale with bt and the alpine powerpack so its a pretty good package. there is a newer version out now though. the alpine ida-x305s which has a few new features. but check them out, you might like it.

i really like sleek and elegance, i feel like the newer alpine head units are crippled as well, not like the older generation ones. everything is much harder to use..

i had a 117 and i hated it, immediately sold it and bought a pioneer.

Really? Felt the opposite. Very easy to use which was the main reason I liked it so much. Never really had to look at it while I was driving to choose songs.

I agree. I bought this head unit and I like it a lot. It doesn't have preset EQs and lets you dial in Subwoofer, Bass, Treble, etc. yourself. I hated how my old Sony Headunit only had presets like "rock" "rap" etc.

Made it very challenging to come out with a good sound...
