Interior electrical problem PLEASE take a look PICS

trying to solve a myriad of electrical problems, but can anyone first help me with these two pics?

First one shows a black wire that was cut and now leads to nowhere, and the second picture shows possible missing relays... are they supposed to be empty?

any identification help is appreciated. All fuses are fine, but mirrors dont work, headlight leveler does not work, and automatic dome light doesnt work for any open door

thanks

Well going by this picture from my wire tuck thread, I believe that black wire in your first picture was added after the fact. Notice on the bottom-ish left here in my pic you can see the green, white and white/red wire comming from that plug. That is how it came from the factory, I have not added or deleted any wires from that particular plug. I would say someone was trying to grab power for an aftermarket alarm or something. As for the second picture, what year and model is your car? That might make a difference with optional equipment on different cars whether or not you should have those relays/fuses.

Thanks for your suggestions!

It is an 05 MR

I ended up realizing it was added on so I just yanked it and all other erroneous wiring.

The end result - my headlight leveler works, and my dimmer works!!

Still need to tackle my dome light issue and mirror issue, though

Glad you got some of it fixed up. As for the mirrors, have you checked the dumb stuff like a fuse for those? I think they have their own dedicated one if I remember correctly.

yeah, I checked, and they were all good...but i am just visually inspecting them.

I will take another look at the diagram of the interior fuse box to see if I can find out which one it is, then try to switch it with another
