Evo 7-9 Dashboard in evo 6?
Is it possible for the dashboard from the evo 4-9 series be installed in an evo 6?
If yes...what modification is needed.

Well it would be as easy as any other dashboard from any other car ever made. They are completely different cars and platforms. Use the proper dashboard and be done with it.

ok will do
I bought a X rally car
therefore restoring it will require the change of several interior parts
but i guess i could get an ordinary lancer dash
