custom double din dash build and hvac relocated

Just got done with my dash build. im really pleased with the way it turned out.
im going to be making a mold of the dash and hvac pocket. if you need to have one built send me a message or email

I did start out with the radio relocate bezel so the angles are alot diferent I could have done it flush be it would have been just as extencive of a build. I molded the bottom of the hvac to the panel. Pluse I wanted to keep the factory texture onthe hvac bezel

I think it came out nice. I have the orbital din, and yours looks as good if not better.

Its a good start, I suggest cutting the bottom out to make it flush, the problem with that is that you lose part of the circle on the HVAC stickers but honestly if someone can't figure out the hot vs cold or the vent settings because one of the labels is cut they're an idiot lol.
Here's mine to show you what I mean:



Best of luck with the mold, I considered going that route but it just wasn't worth the time for such a small interest.

Looks pretty good with the exception of the Hvac. Just looks unfinished and throw together IMHO.

looks good to me dude, i as well did the same type of double din install. shaping that HVAC was a PITA. mine came out decent i might try touching it up soon.
