Granted it didn't turn out quite as nice as I had liked. I feel my first time with fiberglass went pretty well. I like it. Could have sanded a little more... here are a few pics of the progression minus when I was fleecing the box. Everything else is pictured..

This was done in one weekend. Probably about 16-20 hrs put into this.. I have a whole new respect for Body shop guys..

Thanks guys. I didn't really have a desired thickness. I just wanted it to be really ridged.. And that it is. I could probably stand on this thing no problem..
