Bad Alternator bearings?

What are the odds the alternator bearings gone bad? Take a look:

I´ve changed the tensioner but for me it´s clear it wasn´t the culprit. All the accessories and idler pulley rev freely, being the alternator the hardest to rev.

I´ve never seen seized alternator bearings but it seems to be the problem. Any thoughts?

Bearings go bad all the time. I replace alternators weekly at my job. Not sure it would cause that though. Inspect all of the pullies. You likely have a "burr" on one of the pullies. But if something is locking up, you shoud hear it pretty easily.
