After market head unit wont save channels :(

I have an 03 evo, for some reason everytime the car is turned off it resets the head unit. i did install it myself and connected all the wires correctly. im not going to say im a pro but i have installed a couple in the past. anyone have this issue or a solution?

either you have the red and yellow wires backwards. or you blew the fuse for the battery wire

Id assume its your battery positive constant wire. You might have mixed it with the ignition power. Constant is what keeps things saved like the time and presets. Ignition power is what the head unit runs off of.

well its wired to the radio fuse which i had a pigtail from STM and that fuse is good to go
