Orbital relocation kit question? Knob stuck. Cable maybe too short???

Just installed the orbital relocation kit and I noticed that the Heater/Cooler knob doesn't turn all the way to the right and the left kinda stays in the middle.

I bought the kit off of somebody and never had real instructions on how to install it. I installed the kit with information off of the forum. One thing that I have noticed is that the black wire for the hvac control unit in the back is kinda short since the hvac unit is sitting lower then the oem original location.

What do you guys think??? It would be great if somebody thats installed the Orbital kit had any kind of input.

Also the wire is brand new oem replacement that I bought with the 2 updated plastic gears for the blower box under the dash.

I have the same kit and mine turn almost all the way. I know the factory hvac cable is not long enough and I read some where that you can buy mitsubishi galant lines and it fixes the problem

Yeah I was thinking of trying the blue cable that controls the direction of the air being blown instead of the shorter black cable. Just maybe buy another blue cable??? What do you guys think. I'll try it out regardless next week.
