Who can identify these wires?

So... I brought my car to a well known performance shop/sponsor on this site to have a number of things done to my Evo 8 MR. Needless to say when I picked up the car there were a host of issues that were not there when I dropped the car off; namely my wipers are now not operating correctly... but only the fronts. When I brought this up to them they naturally tried to shrug off blame.

So down to the issue. When I press up on the dongle it should wipe across once and return to the original spot and stop, instead they wipe 3 times and stop in any number of random places on the windshield. Likewise, if I turn the dongle to intermittent, low, or high, it will wipe at the same speed no matter what (very fast) regardless of the fast/slow dial position as well. So in my quest to solve this issue I have read the sticky for electrical gremlins and have checked my junction box accordingly. No dice, not a lick of corrosion to be seen. I have also removed the wiper dongle and checked the resistance in each pin for each mode of operation as per the workshop manual on pages 51-23/24. It is doing what it should. So... that led me to the wiring harness that the signal for the wipers goes through which also ironically is the harness that they tapped into for the gauges they installed mounted on my steering column. Upon removing the column and seeing the wiring harness I think it is a fair assumption to think that herein lies the culprit... perhaps not but I think odds are in my favor. That said, can someone please help my identify what these wires do/are, what they tapped into, and what I should be rewiring to fix this issue.

Here are a few pics... more can be uploaded if necessary.

This is the harness the plugs into the left side of the steering column under the turn signal dongle... when removed the wipers don't operate, when installed they do.

red/pink wires spice into harness

Cut blue and white wires peeking out of electric tape

Thanks

you should be taking it back to the shop and making them fix it, not trying to fix it yourself. you paid for it, right? there is no reason you should have to do any of the work

what all did they do? gauges? alarm?

They did about 10k worth of parts/install... The big stuff they did was great... Though it was clear they rushed on a number of smaller items (left an exhaust manifold bolt off, missing valve cover bolts, ashtray jacked up from removal/reinstall, grommet around ignition left uninstalled, didn't scale injectors properly, among various other items). I would bring it back, however I live about 1000miles away at this point... We moved the day after I got my car back. They misjudged the time it would take to do the work by almost two weeks so it didn't give me any time before the move to bring it back.

That said I have done many wiring jobs on my non daily driver talon in the past for gauges, turbo timer, etc... So I'm not concerned about soldering/shrink wrapping. I just want to know what each of these colored wires do... Which controls what, is power, is turn signal, is wiper. Like I said prior, it worked before they added the gauges. Just trying to get things back in order.

Any help is appreciated.
