Car won't engage starter with key

When I turn my key to start may car it does nothing. All lights ect work fine, battery is good. Took my positive wire from my battery charger and put it to the starter and the starter spun with plenty of power to turn car over it how ever didn't start cause clutch was not pushed in to engage flywheel.

What could my problem be. Turn key and everything works except starter turning over. Something from ignition to starter. Checked relays and still nothing

Dude is your key remote battery dead? Will your doors lock/unlock with the remote?

Car won't start if that battery is dead.

First thing is first. Make sure your clutch safety switch is being triggered. You could Un plug it and jump the 2 wires with a paperclip. That can give youa little insight. Report back after that

when you turn the key do you here a click? their is a fairly common issue with the ignition switch being slightly out of alignment and not making complete contact... you have to take the column covers off, on the door side of the column the switch has 1 screw in it... loosen it... rotate the switch clockwise and then re-tighten the screw..
