What is this extra electrical plug in my engine bay?

So I have this black plug behind my intake manifold. What does it normally go to?

FPR Solenoid.

I see the FPR solenoid is no longer bolted to the side of your intake manifold.

Thanks. I looked up the diagram about removing that stuff and now I understand.
