Could you clarify what your problem is?

I agree you do need to clarify. Because in your first sentence it states your car goes from cold to hot in 5 minutes, hot could be construed in many different ways. Is the temperature gauge in the car reaching the top?

But in your third sentence (if that is what we can call them) you state it is not "overheated". Is it reaching normal operating temperature in 5 minutes? (Doubt that is the case as it would be fairly normal.)

Sounds like your head gasket may need to be looked at. But much better desctiptions of the situation and a little car history could be very insightful. I.E. Mileage, maintenance done on car, is there any smoke out of the exhaust, etc...
