Evo IX 3rd brake light

Hi guys,

I’m new here and yes I’ve tried searching but not much info on this.

I tried to change to an aftermarket LED 3rd brake light at the original position but the guy said it wouldn’t fit there because of the angle.

What other options are there ?
LED bulbs in the stock third brake light housing ? High mount ?

Also found one thread that said his ACD was affected after he changed to LED bulbs and third brake light.

Do let me know. Thank you guys.

Like for other lights you can just replace the bulbs in the original housing with compatible LED-bulbs

3rd brake light is part of another circuit. Make sure you've got the correct resistance in that circuit otherwise it will throw an error. if you're going to do LED's, you'll need resistors in place as well
