So I purchased my car a few years ago, finally got around to working on it. The dash harness and fuse box harness had a few plugs cut off, and poorly soldered together when I got the car. Last year I replaced both of those harnesses with used harnesses, the car ran and drove, but the heater blower didn’t work (it did with the old harness) and although I seem to have power to the OBD port my scanner doesn’t even power up when plugged in to it.

I’m at a standstill with it all at the moment. The dash is out the car, again. It seems that all the grounds are grounded, everything is plugged in. Is there anything I can be overlooking?
