Evo 8 MR - Rear Fog Light

Evo 8 MR - Rear Fog Light
Hello,
I have an 8 MR that was wired up by an importer to allow a fog light in the rear brake light.
From what I can tell the wiring has been tapped into the illumination light for the cigarette lighter. (Green & White wire)
However I have no power going to the switch for the fog.
Is there a fuse for the illumination anywhere? I have replaced the cigarette lighter fuse as I found this had blown under inspection, (I have never used this since I have bought the car)
Any help appreciated,

Managed to find the gremlin, the splicing block used never made contact to the power wire, meaning this foglight never worked.
To top it off I put the original bulb back in and it was white, silver lining is that it's fixed!
