okay so i recently purchased an 8, it's got a good amount done to it such as speed density, cams, bored, porting, fp red turbo ect. a lot of the work done was rushed and a little ghetto so i'm not surprised i'm having wiring issues or a issue with a sensor. my issue now is i can't get the car to start and stay running longer than a few seconds a few hours at a time, it will start and i can rev it up and try to keep it running but then it stumbles and dies and just cranks. my plugs are wet with fuel, and i have spark. could it be map sensor? crank sensor or cas? any help is appreciated i really didn't get alot of info i wanted on the car because the guy who sold me it's brother built the thing. i'm about to pull my trans and replace the bellhousing/clutch case but i don't want to do that until i have it running right again. ran fine previously once it was warm but last time i drove it i had alot of pops and bogging when trying to warm up and now it just won't start at all. my tps has a new pig tail wired in and i had a code for my tps sensor but then it went away after i tested the sensor and cleared the code. i will also say i have never been able to run cold, iv always had to rev it up for a few minutes to get it up to temp to idle by itself because i need a little more tuning with my speed density set up.
