My 03 evo has had an issue with hyper flash. I’ve checked all my bulbs and none of them are blown. There are no LEDs in my headlights, fender markers or tail lights. My headlights are JDM Evo 7 with oem HID and the only mod done to the headlight is that the parking line and turn signal wires were swapped so that my lower amber portion is my parking light. Please advise me where to start. The weird thing is that it doesn’t hyper flash all the time. Sometimes it is normal and sometimes it’s normal then switches to hyper flash. Thanks in advance.
