If I just want to take off the cover for swapping it with a carbon fiber one, do I have to jack up the motor and remove the engine mount or can I just undo the 4 10mm bolts and have the cover just slide up? I looked at some how tos for cam or cam gear installation but you have to jack it up for that. Thanks.

 

Yeah after you remove those bolts the cover will slide right up. You'll probably have to work it around a little bit, but that's all it takes.
