Aftermarket Clutch Longevity

Hi my clutch has recently just started slipping ~3-4k RPMs or during my full power or something...with 9k miles on it. So i'm in the market for a new clutch. Basically my friend recommended strongly to me a Quartermaster twin disk. However my other friend said that twin disks dont last as long or rather the higher quality clutch the less miles u can put on it. Not because it doesnt grab and slips but sort of as an comparison to tires. Along the lines of more grip = softer = less mileage.

So my question is that is this true? I'm looking for a clutch that will clamp well on basically stock power, but last a pretty long time. Actually I think getting a twin disk is a bit much overkill but besides that...

Yeah so I want a clutch that can handle ~350 WHP someday and last 30k + miles. I hear Exedy Hyper single disks are nice... can anyone supply some advice?

For that kind of power you can go with the ACT clutch and it will definately last a long time. The good thing is that when it goes all you really need to replace is the disk.

The twindisk do not last lest. That is not correct. Overally it really depends on your goals and how much money you want to spend.
