quick q what to do with 300

first mod, lookin to spend around 300, should it be intake, downpipe, or up pipe, I was lookin at the b.r. intake pipe and filter, and also the injen intake with upper intercooler pipin, downpipe I was lookin at b.r., invidia, perrin, the main brands, up pipe I wasn't sure yet, but if I was to choose between down pipe and up pipe which would be a better choice for a first mod, I know with wrx's you should do up pipe first because the pre-cat breaks down and goes thru the turbo, I dunno which would make more power and decrease spool up time more between an down pipe and an up pipe, I think I am leanin more toward one of those instead of an intake unless people suggest choosin that instead, thanks in advance for any help
