AHH memories! I just rebuild the bottom end myself. What fun that was Did you get your crank balanced? Just wondering becouse mine was 1/4 ounce off from the factory which really isnt that bad but we got it down to 1/4 gram

I love when people call it a stock engine, even though, you know, it has a different turbo and all supporting mods for it.

Good thing it's available from Mitsubishi just like that.

I think this is an issue of semantics. I'm going to guess that the original poster intended to mean that the motor uses stock internals (which, except for the cams, it is), not that it is a fully stock motor.

 

Hey guys does the MR have different internals? compared to the evo 8 i mean..

 

Still don't understand why if your going to tear down your block why you wouldn't stroke it??
