i'm newbie.
anyone please kindly to describe the meaning of 'flutter'.
sorry for this, because i'm from another country and not so familiar with some words with you there. thanks a lot.
Anyway, I did not found any 'weird' thing with my forge DV. All I feel is the car run smoother, and smoother when I'm take off the throttle.
thanks for let me joining here.

its a sound like.... hmmm... pst tsst tsst tst tst tst and tappers off... probably not the best description, but anyways thats the sound. The sound could but doesnt have to be compressor surge. it could also be a sound the BOV or DV makes. (the HKS SSQ BOV is infamous for making this sound very loudly, but in this case it is a good thing, whereas if it were compressor surge, its a very bad thing)

i had the same issues when i first installed my forge valve. i called forge in fla. and they said turn it around the other way, you can install it either way. wrong, when shiv dynoed my car in feb. after one pull he opened the hood and looked at the forge valve and said it's backwards (it should be mounted the same as the stock dv). he showed me on the dyno graph where starting at 300 hp or so the trace was dipping every couple hundred rpm. he switched it and the trace smoothed out. so, the forge dv should mount in the same config. as the stock dv. my car peaks at 24 or so psi and holds 20 to redline. my solution to the surge issue... try not to stomp it unless i mean it and otherwise live with the surge when i can't avoid doing what i know is going to cause it. i can't remember what spring is in mine, blue i think, but the surge hasn't been as noticeable lately.

stock boost try using the yellow with one shime, if it does pold 19.5 psi then use the blue one. over 25 psi use the red one. no matter what, it will have a little studder when you lift off gas paddle at high rpm.
