Acd

Anyone have stats on the different modes ( Tarmac-Gravel-Snow) on the acd settings as far as front to rear torque bias or what ever else is adjusted and anyone know if Ralli-Art's
ACD computers work with the USDM ACD setup?
Also since all '05 evo's come equipped with acd, are the transmissions now swappable between the 5 speed and the 6 speed? can a 6 speed go in a GSR or a 5 Speed into an MR?

Found a nice write up on the different things going on with the acd under different conditions and with the Ralli////Art controller

different question regarding the ACD
with the hand brake engaged it disengages the center differential... my question is.. with the center diff. disengaged is it possible to run the car on a two wheel chassis dyno in this manner? or would this put too much heat and stress on the acd pumps?

im not familiar with the inner workings of the acd yet.
Also anyone know on the question of if the ACD equipped 5speed(GSR) and 6 speed (MR) cars are able to swap transmissions? like a 6 speed into a GSR or the 5 speed into the MR?

Thanks
Kyle M.

I once jacked up the car and did something like that... just to see the acd unlocking in realtime... but the god aweful noise it made put an end to that REAL QUICK!!
