The HKS carbon-ti cat back is stainless steel with a titanium tip. The muffler is stainless as well with carbon fiber wrapped around it. I have it and wouldn't trade it for any other cat back out there. Everyone always brings up the taper it has at the cat, but in all honesty I seriously doubt it totally kill performance. My car picked up about 40 whp with the HKS downpipe, catback, and rs intake. That was with the stock cat as well.
