Seeking fuel setup suggestions

Hey all,

Was dialing in my boost controller last weekend and noticed that I was getting some knock. Sure enough, looked at my PFC commander and my injection duty cycle was at 100% . This is on 1.45 bar boost, which I am planning on keeping. Now, what would the EvoM gurus suggest for Injectors? Looking for size and brand.

My ultimate goals is to try and keep all internals, including stock turbo, and build off that (not looking for a 10sec evo here!). I plan on getting a 255 Walbro pump when I get the injectors.

My mods are on the link in my signature. Thanks guys

For starters, you are nowhere near the power level where larger injectors will be a necessity. This being the case, proposing larger injectors is like treating the symptoms of a problem as opposed to treating the cause.

Have you dyno tested the car with A/F logging? If your ECU is trying to run a dead-rich WOT fuel mixture (as it does from the factory), that will explain why your injectors are reaching 100% duty cycle. In any case, it is virtually impossible for fuel delivery to be a problem for you, unless of course your car has a problem (e.g. a failing fuel pump).

Karash, went through your dyno and it was very hard to see and there were no A/F readings on it. You might want to go back to the place you dyno'd at and take a look at your A/F readings to see if your running too rich. Your no where near maxed out at your power level.
