safcII mounting question

Installing a safcII next week and wondering where is the most common place to mount. Does anyone have pics of clean-looking install? I don't want it to be in plain view but still accessible if needed. Thanks.

Remove the pedestal, then remove the lower din panel (dremel the opening for the wiring and put the SAFC in the lower din location) recessed a little into the panel...

You can also make a custom glove box panel out of carbon fiber and mount it in there. I'd say you could try this with the center console armrest but I don't believe the wire for the SAFC will reach that far.

It looks good in the second opening, I have mine mounted in there.

Here is a link to some carbon fiber panels if you want to go that route (they also have some kick *** floor mats)

Then you use your brains... go to the dealer and buy the sunglass holder from an evo that does not have a sunroof and install it in your car that has a sunroof. cut a little of the headliner and it fits perfect...
