Check the vendor thread. I think Groupe - S and the Evostore is having their sale.
They're all free shipping.

id go with a dejon tools mbc. its like $50 and works like a dream.

as far as turbo timers go anything is good (even the greddy if you take the time to switch one wire so it works correctly)
they seem to be around $90-120

I would go with Hallman pro for the Manual boost controller. They're just built better with the ceramic ball bearing. Wont leak or wont accidently change boost.

I myself have been looking for a boost controler and from what I've seen I would pick the Hallman MBC with the cockpit controller that way you can adjust on the fly. That is my next purchase I bought the Blitz dual turbo/boost gauge from http://www.lancershop.com/customer/home.php and have been very pleased with the product and there service very professional, and answered any questions that I had when I talked to them on the phone. I also purchased their LS Authority EVO 5pc Short Shifter Combo - Lancer Evolution and have been very pleased with the results quite and the difference. Anyhow good luck and enjoy your purchase whatever you choose, hope this helped...
