Bogging after installation of Blow-off valve

I just had the Hks blow-off valve installed and notice that the engine hesitates or bogs out at 3500 rpms when accelerating. Is this due to the lack of air recirculation? Will this change back to normal if I install an intake or will I need an air recirculation kit?

Kit should help you. Alot of people have had this problem with HKS. Maybe even EIDS, will help. I dont know enough information about it. Try searching or wait for some people who know to answer your question more properly.
