Funny, I think the car that dyno'd the highest that day was a Dynoflash car.
This was at the recent NorCalEvo.net meet / dyno day at Groupe S

Its nice to hear that our $199 mail in base flash came in 1st place makig the most power on member EvoLand's car

https://www.evolutionm.net/registry/...e.php?vid=3320

I am pleased that our entry level base flahs was up to the task of knocking out the offereings of all the other local tuners

Congrats to Evoland!

I will be comming there in January to treat then to some custom tuned flashes

Shiv, where should I stick the intake temp sensor next time I dyno my car? I want really high numbers and I hear you have a magic trick to artificially inflate numbers.

Now that we're on the subject of the dyno day, are the results (mods and whp) posted anywhere? I think it would be an interesting read

Not too many results were posted unfortunately. But we do have dynosheets from a car with a Dynoflash (the winner, I believe) and an SAFC/EBC tune who did pretty good.

wha?

Jansolo-- Perhaps we can ask the Gruppe-S guys to post up the results of all the dyno day (brand of flash, modifications, whp, etc,)? Want me to get the ball rolling?

Not to hi-jack too much, but who do you think has the best mail-in shift knob?

Personally I like the Razo 340g series although it does not control boost.

I think the Razo is garbage. It's all about the Momo Duke. More bling to make your Evo sing!

I had a mail in dynoflash and I loved it. I just a HKS catback exhaust and ebc and it was pretty quick for the mods I had. I now have a turbotrix flash with other mods and I am very pleased with my car. I have no experience with Vishnu products, however when Mark from turbotrix came down he spoke of Shiv from Vishnu with high regards, so I would definitely try Vishnu products.

Although I was happy with the dynoflash product, when I called Al for advice he was very short and somewhat rude to me, who knows he could've been having a bad day. I then tried turbotrix's flash and it is equally impressive and they are cool guys. I am very impressed with Dynoflash's customer service as of late though, the military offer in particular.

The bottom line is we should be thankful that we have these great tuners providing these products to us. No matter what flash you go with you should see significant gains, it's all a matter of personal preference in which tuner to go with. I say call each tuner and ask questions about their flash and tuning philosophies and go with the company you feel comfortable with. Good Luck.

Ya that is truly the worst part about the 340G series- no boost contgrol. You'd think that they'd keep that function from the upgraded 320G series. You got me???

Maybe just get the new momo pedals that will control boost and timing? It's worth a try.

... still waiting for any of the Engineers at Works to elaborate on this comment.
