well seeing how i have been looking for a place to do a mail in reflash and all of my options were the ones listed above i'm kinda curious as to who has had several reflashes from different companies and how have they differed?? if at all... and most of all. Al, when you speak of the hks rs intake allowing dirt and water into the engine... is this a significant amount or is this just a minor amount all depending on where you live??? i mean its not bad for the engine correct?? oh and by the post... al you got my vote so far

I found the HKS RS was particularly bad in the south in sandly areas like Florida where we found lots of sand getting through the filter

I ran a 12.3 @ 108, just an exhaust, EBC and cone filter everything else bone stock. This is on a base mail in dynoflash for $199 I also ran 11.7 @ 115 on a base dynoflash with a few mods afterwards.

unless your in the sand dunes, or real dusty area, running an intake should be fine. If your worried about it, change the oil sooner or clean the filter more often. You don't need head studs for an intake and 3" turbo back, only if your going to run higher boost, like 21lbs or so... it doesn't hurt to do it and the head studs are cheap, easy install.

hmmmm- well I felt/saw first hand how much I now need a tune. Went to the track this Saturday and ran a best ET of 14.1- not what you'd expect from a turboback exhaust, hallman at 21psi, and walbro FP. I'm running mega rich and the car bogs- not to mention I get the gas mileage of a top fuel dragster.

Al, would you be willing to do a mail-in for me? Or are you still unsure about trying it with the Perrin intake? I guess if needed I could go back to stock- but I'd really like to try and retain the perrin- it's a good piece.

The Buschur Flash now comes with the ability to interphase with the Buschur Alcohol injection kit so you can run race gas settings and boost on the street - I am very excited about this development

He's also the only one to rep an evo in all of those events and th nuts to put his skills up against the big dogs as publically as it gets. It was a big $$ beast of a caddy hand built racecar as well. Mad props though, I don't have any of thier products.

I have a Works p2, goes like stank, always, no problems. They answer thier phones, they rarely if ever make asses of themselves on this forum and their stuff is just solid. I intend to add thier throttle body and cams for the full effect.
