Question Idling with HKS 264/264 Cams

I have my cams for about 2 weeks now. The cams were street tuned by Al last week. My car idles at approx. 1000 rpm after I adjusted the vacuum a bit. My car has a hint loping and it dips down to 700-800 from time to time during idle. This is with the AC off. With the AC on, subtract about 100 rpm across the board. Is this normal with 264/264? I've heard adding cam gears helps with the idle. Is there any other way to get it idling close to stock? Thanks in advance.
