Stock Fuel Pressure
3 bar fuel pressure differential applies as always. i.e. if you have 0.5 bar of vacuum then fuel pressure is 2.5, if you're boosting at 1.5 bar then fuel pressure is at 4.5 bar.
How's it going in Madtown? Ex-Badger.

Stock fuel pressure at idle should be at 33psi , this is at stock idle with everything connected. If you disconnect the vacume hose from the regulator and close it off with your finger your fuel pressure should test out at 42-45 psi at stock idle. Once you do this be sure to check and see if it drops after you rev the engine a few times. And at this point you should have fuel in the return line as well. Hope it helps get you the information that you need. Crusty Dusty is right just going a bit more indepth and discreptive so no pun is meant.
FWIW, It is easy to test if you suspect a problem. Just disconnect the fuel supply line to the fuel rail. Build pressure in your shop air compressor tank (with the air hose valve closed) until you have built up about 50psi. Turn off the compressor and connect it's hose to your fuel rail. Let the compressor air tank bleed through the fuel rail and it's ending pressure will indicate your regulators fuel pressure differential. You can refine this test by using a hand vac. pump and a second compressor on the vac. to vary pressure and vac. conditions on fuel pressure regulator's control line. Add or subtract what you do at the control line to what you read on your air compressors gauge. The difference should be constant. Verify your compressors accuracy using a precision air gauge like the digital one you use for measuring tire pressure.
Well... Most people seemed to go too far
I meant the base fuel pressure (With the hose disconnected). Seems to be around 40-45 from what everyone says. Thanks guys!
