If you're having that much trouble just pay someone to do it for you.

I have figured it out , the pros that installed my MBC, were still connecting the selenoid to the equation. So im guessing thats why it tapers, because the ECU is still telling to taper at high rpms.
So I have to disconnect the selenoid two, and plug the 2 holes, but what do I plug them with?

and 'T' the BOV line, and thats when my boost will hold to redline.

Taking selenoid out is the way, but is it safer, will more constant boost mess something up?

thanks for all of your replys, even the bad ones..but hey we are here to learn right

Thanks EvoM.

I'm pretty sure most people are leaving the solenoid connected. You'll probably get a check engine light.

My boost tapers just a little bit now even with a mbc and some other mods. Keep in mind that higher gears will have higher boost. You should probably use 4th or 5th gear to get it set right.

Yes you leave the electrical connection there but do not have the vacumn lines connected up to your boost lines with you MBC'er. You cap them off with vacumn plug's. You will not get a check engine light.

True the stock turbo with always taper slightly and it's best to adjust it with 4th or 5th gear pulls.

You need to just leave all the stock stuff alone and hooked up. You must plug the turbo outlet as well as the MAS nipple. Everything else can be left alone andthe stock solenoid can be left connected. Nothing will happen because of that. You can find little plastic caps probably at the auto parts store. Just be sure all is capped securely so you don't have to go back and fix it again later.

BTW, can you share the name of these Pros that installed your MBC? I'm sure a lot of guys around your area might want to find out...... At least PM me with that info please, I want to add more names to my **** tuner list

I meant leave it plugged in as the electronic plug that hooks into it. Those hoses are disconnected.

I don't think it makes any difference whether it's disconnected or not.... It's out of the loop anyway

Not sure if you reused the vacuum lines, but there is a pill in one of them that needs to be removed if you reused the same lines...
