I live in Chicago where it is pretty damn cold at this time of the year. My boost spikes to about 22psi and drops down to 20.5 psi on 93 ocatne gas. Once the car starts making boost I hear a whining noise. The car also doesnty seem as fast as it normally should be. BTW...I tune the car through an Apexi S-AFC II. How can i stop the car from pulling timing...if thats the problem.
