Hi all!

I need some help.. When I bought my Evo it had 1k miles on it. It had the exhaust system shown in the picture below installed. The dealer put the stock exhaust back on the evo before they would sell it to me due to legal issues but gave me this set up...

At the time I was out of money and I sold the exhaust. Now time has come for me to buy new... My question is what was the set up in the picture... I know it was buschur but nothing else...

No this is not a joke, I just dont' know that much about exhaust.

Now, If i get this same system with a high flow cat (instead of test pipe) it should be way more quite than with the test pipe right?

 

Yes, the high flow cat will tame the sound down. A high flow cat coupled with the magnaflow muffler is a very tame exhaust in terms of sound.
