Question need some possible ideas to figure problem

My car was running good and then I sent my UTEC out to be replaced. During that time I was running the car with the 750cc on stock ECU for a week but was careful to not give it too much gas when driving it around. Anyway, I have put the UTEC back in and uploaded the same map I was running with the same parameters and now it feels like the car has a loose IC pipe becasue it builds boost but it hesitates pretty bad. I am hoping its the spark plugs that maybe they are too fouled to ignite the fuel with the boost or worse, a bad O2 now. Any thoughts?

I feel like such a ding dong. I went ahead and replaced the plugs sincve they were pretty black but through actually looking at the paraemters I noticed that I had input my stock injectors at 610 and modified at 550. Thats was crazy........
