Which Test pipe?
I'm running with the Perrin, and would recommend it. It does require the simple installation of a relay to trick the O2 sensor. If I would have known about the UR, I would have gone with that. Why wire another device into your system if you don't have to? The Perrin will fit almost any setup. I don't know about the UR, but that sounds like the way to go! My only question would be whether the UR comes in a 3" diameter or is only offered in a 2.5"?

Just get a test pipe that is 3" and straight.....
Then run a Auto zone special O2 sim. Basically it's 2 Anti Foul plugs with 1 of them drilled out. Look in the search and you will find what it is. Very easy works great and dirt cheap. Can't beat that.
