fuel management and boost control. with the intake and exhaust you should see about 25 to 30 hp orso, but the A/F is out of whack I am sure.

Get an MBC, Fuel pump and a tune next or get some cams before the tune.

With your mods on an 04 RS you will be putting down around 220-225 WHP on our Dyno Dynamics dyno...
The next mod I would look at is engine management..be it a flash, stand alone or piggyback....

Sorry to be off topic but I noticed in your sig, it says 3" Buschur high flow FAT. I think you meant cat. Just wanted to point that out if it was a misprint.

set boost at 20.5 or 21 max. a good boost controller is the greddy e-01 or HKS EVC-V. These new mods will get you 300 hp or there abouts. If you decide on an e-01 let me know I have a few for sale cheap. thanks

any decent MBC will work just fine, a Walbro 255 HP will be the pump you want

Thanks for getting our exhaust. I'd suggest getting the boost control next, the flash and as suggested probably get the fuel pump.

As you know Al and I just finished another big round of testing on the flashes. Give us a call if you are interested.

Also, as a side note. Our EVO RS has been on the dyno for quite awhile for testing now. I am still on the stock fuel pump and injectors in the car. The car has made 330+hp and 330+ ft lbs on the stock pump.

I just switched over to the AEM EMS on the car with speed density and believe I am having the first signs of the pump not being enough. I am going to run some tests tomorrow and see what happens. I also have two fuel pumps out being flow tested at various voltages and psi's, should have some good information in less than a week on a new pump we want to run.

As of now, I still don't think you will need to upgrade a fuel pump at the stage of the game you are at as the stock pump has done fine for us so far.

To be honest if you go with a company and stick with their parts (hopefully ours then you can get a mail in flash to match the combination you are getting and the performance will be so close to perfect that anything else is a waste of time and a headache.

So, go with a flash.
