Need Some Advice

I was working on my car a couple nites ago and was using the orange heat silicon to seal somthing up around the valve cover breather then i put my filter back on and have been driving it for the past two days, then last nite i took the valve cover breather fliter off and looked in their with a flash light and noticed their is a chunk of silicon in their, so i was trying to get it out and it just got pushed back further and further, so im not sure wut eactly i should do, i mean will the lil bit of silicon hurt anything in the valver cover or should i take the valve cover off, any advice would be helpfull

Check out these pictures, they are schematics of the stock valve cover and Cams should include all of the torque specs. They are from the Mitsu OEM service manual. By the way I would highly recommend picking one up. Sell on Ebay for like 10 bucks, its worth it, can be a pretty good ref.
