If you get VTA, make sure you have some sort of fuel control or else you'll have mad problems with stumbling and stalling.

ok thanks but what are the benefits of using VTA? But I will have a standalone in the near future so I would like a bov to work now and later.

That's what makes the cool BOV noise you usually hear from other cars. Performance wise, I don't know what the difference is.

Generally, if you are still using MAF you'll want to stay with the recirculating type. As stated, w/o EIDS you'll experience stumbling otherwise. If you are going to go MAP, venting to atmosphere is the way to go.

you could get the GFB one where it can do both vta and recirc, its adjustable to how much it vents also. best of both worlds

aps or forge are the ones to go with for vta from what I hear. I have seen the forge in person on a 400 whp evo and it worked perfect. Im going to call dyno4mance and ask Andrew later on, at what point you should need to upgrade your stocker and if he has any recomindations. I will ask the same question to shiv at Vishnu next time I talk to him.

i have a type s with it recirculating and it is louder then my friends aps dual vent. If you are looking for sound put on an inake and lyou can hear them even recirculating. I love my type s but it is hard to get right.
