SInce I put my Hallman on , and its holding the boost I'm think of leaving it conservative 18psi, but will I loose a lot of power by not holding at 20psi.

 

Something tells me that you gain 10whp for every 1psi...I could be wrong though

You can feel a difference between 18-20PSI. Go turn your boost down to like 15 or so and keep it there for a week or so, then turn it back up and you'll see I drove around with 13-14PSI for about 3 weeks and then cranked it up to 21 again and it brings back all the fun

 

Oh no it's not. Case in point, I just installed a Profec B for a guy yesterday. Low boost I configured to 1.2 bar and high boost I set to 1.5. HUGE difference. You can certainly feel the difference between boost settings. If you can't then your **** is numb.

 

2 psi makes a big difference up top and the mid band (4000 to 5000 rpm).

 

BTW, What is the stock PSI settings for the EVO 7?

Maybe, 1.2bar(18Psi) at 3500rpm and 1.0bar(15Psi) at 6500rpm. ???*
