HIGH HP ON A STOCK MOTOR

The evo is coming to the US.
I owed a 94 MKIV TTS Supra dynoed at 711 hp w/o NOS.
I will buy the EVO as soon as it get in te US.

What kind of hp can I get with the EVO VII without changing the engine bottom end.

380hp without changing much. Above that and you need a bigger turbo and should consider new internals.

I'm looking at a $20k budget. That's in parts alone.
If i want a lot of power I will be looking at
Built bottom end
cams. valves, springs and retianers
programable ecu
big turbo, manifolder.
fuel system
and all the goodies that go with it.

i'm not worry about lag. i used to it as loong as it hit hard when the boost comes on.
The cure for lag is NOS

I think in parts alone that could be possible, as long as you don't buy everything from Jun cause they're quite expensive, as are HKS. Get JE pistons and try to use as many american parts as possible to keep the price down for them and get only the turbo, etc. from Japan.

I have a bad habit of getting rid of things that I should keep.
I will buy as much american parts as possible.
$20k is a estimate. We all know that by the time a person finished with a project it will cost $30k instead.
Reason for the $20k in that's the money I have left after selling the supra.

JUN really over charges for there products.
Is there any companies there that makes a turbo upgrade system? Something that's about the same size as a T53 which is good for about 550 RWHP on a supra.
i'm thinking there will be a little more lag because of the smaller engine.
The lag will be about the same as the Twin HKS 2835 on the supra. Which there was no boost until 4200 rpm. But when it hit @25 + psi of boost, the feeling was just amazing.

I'm trying do my research early and get the part right away.
I hate slow car.

I hope MITS get this thing over here soon I really need a four door sport car.

And also the Evo will pìss on a Supra handling-wise, so you're not getting more mature, just faster and your lady will think you did it for her... perfect
HKS uses Garrett and some rallycars use Garrett turbos, so I'm sure you can fit one of them.

Micheal you guy in Germany have all the luck. On a road course the EVO will beat the supra but striaght line speed and top end the Supra is still king.

I really hope I can consolidate to one car only. In Wisconsin you need all wheel if your going to use it year round.

Right now I still have three.

Doesn't JUN have a stroker kit that raises displacement to 2.2?

I like thee T88 plan.
A little bit of nos down lown to help with the lag.

Then Top End won't be so bad.
