19-20 psi on MBC safe with no tune?

I am installing my Hallman MBC this weekend. And if it holds said boost until redline, would it be safe to have it do so before getting the car tuned?

Thanks

Should be fine althoug you might hit boost cut. I hit boost cut in 4th and 5th gear with it set to 20psi. The only thing that will take care of that is a flash or a tune.

I've got to get a damn fuel pump and a tune im set at 20 psi and hitting boost cut is about the scariest thing ever. Next to having sex with a bear...that was pretty crazy.

You should be fine, the car runs quiet rich from the factory so you shouldn't have any problems.

I am running 22 pounds with 96 octane and a Dynoflash. It never cuts out on me.

i would not go above 19 psi with 93 octane.... u WILL go lean on the top end even if people insist its rich, thats on the bottom end......and if its a cold day you will spike....
