MrAWD am I reading it wrong or is the engine only making a clip over 200 peak hp?

you can use Microsoft Paint to resize your pic if you don't have Photoshop or Fireworks... also, make sure it is in JPG format - it usually has the best compression for pics.

That's about 270hp. Is that an detuned EI car? If it's a full JDM you should see around 240 wheel hp.

Upside down, but clear enough to read.

EDIT: Flip the pic or your monitor then, Jeff. It's easier than standing on your head.

OK....I hope everyone can see it now. I dynoed my LHD Evo 7 RS-II from at Vishnu Performance last week on a dyno dynamics. The first set of pulls on the dyno produced 217-223hp at the wheels on 91 octane. The computer had to retard the timing due to the 91 octane that was causing pre-ignition knock. After mixing a couple gallons of 100 octance with the 91 (approx 93 octance) the car produced 227-230whp. Soon I will be getting a programable ecu to safely run my car on 91 octane. Until then i am forced to mix race fuel (expensive) with 91 octane to prevent pinging.
later mike

I didn't know Vishnu had an AWD dyno. Wow I just hope the timming pull is temperary unlike the WRX where it doesn't give it back to ya but, apparently it did after the better fuel.

I'm guessing the US version will be tunned at 91min octance instead of 93 for your car?

How's the ACD? Feel any difference with the setting under normal aggressive street driving.

Thought the peak toque happens at 3500 instead of 4500

Whys it running so pig *** rich? That looks like a scooby dyno graph. Id lean it out hella. My DSM runs 13:1 all the way up to 7k. I think you have a lot more power untapped there... get a SAFC and lean the bastard out!
