Question Is This Clutch Any Better

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...sPageName=WDVW

Is this clutch any better than the stock or is it the o.e.m exedy clutch. It says ok for slight mods but i just ordered a lot of stuff for my evo and i have a stock clutch right now and figure im goin to need a new clutch once all my parts get here. i ordered a full 3in exhaust, injen intake/intercooler pipe combo, boost controller, 272 hks cams, and im goin to do a mail in flash. So if this clutch isnt any good what would be a cheap clutch to hold over what mods ima have? i dont have the money to buy a $1000 clutch especially after all this i just ordered

It appears from the photo to be a stock Exedy kit (stock aftermarket). The only difference on the Exedy aftermarket parts vs. the stock OE parts is the disc. The aftermarket disc uses different linings and a different spring center than the OE parts basically to save cost. Exedy has a patent on the pull type bearing design and they only sell the parts in kits so it are very few choices for stock replacement clutches.
