Buschur "Evo8 Camshaft Install Timing Belt Kit"???

I just saw this on buschurracing.com and was wondering whether Buschur recommends replacing all this stuff with any camshaft install? I know that most people installing cams don't pull the timing belt or replace the timing belt tensioner. Is this a risky shortcut? What is this kit supposed to be used for?
BTW, I like the sound of an ultrabulletproof timing belt.

EVO8 Camshaft Install Timing Belt Kit Timing belt and tensioner replacement package for installation of camshafts. We can tell you from years of experience with Mitsubishi's hydraulic timing belt tensioners that we will not replace the timing belt without replacing it. This small kit includes the timing belt, balance shaft belt and hydraulic timing belt tensioner. Substitute Kevlar timing belt in place of oem timing belt for an additional $65.00. Price: $write_dynamic_price('price7EVO-10125', '175.00 ')175.00 Stock #: EVO-10125

myself & evilevovegas have installed a good amount of cams now without any problems, and you don't need a different belt.the OEM is good for a long time

It's common practice from the days of DSM's. Change your timing belt a minimum of every 60,000 miles or whenever you suspect it of being "old". Many people choose to change them when they do head work or cams just because of the ease and extra peace of mind.

I never reuse belts. However, if I was putting cams on a car that had maybe like 5,000 miles on it or less, then I might think about just reusing the same-virtually-new belt.

I thought that the issue here might be that once you crank on the tensioner for the timing belt for the cam install that you shouldn't reuse it?

Who should be buying this kit?

It is my thinking as well, that you should replace it if you crank it down. I'm just the type of person who would rather spend $70 bucks upfront rather than a couple thousand later (in the event the WORST happens).

If anything it's a piece of mind to know you've got nothing to worry about.

man, its fine. nothing happens to the timing belt when you do cams. and they wouldn't make a tensioner if you had to replace it everytime you let the tension off the belt. thats what it is made to do. replace it every 60k miles.

Which also happens to be every time you change the timing belt and therefor crank down on the tensoner.

To each his own I suppose. I'll continue to replace mine regardless.

Anyone here want to buy my 8000mi old tensioner? $20 + shipping.

Do you have to do a full timing belt swap procedure to replace the timing belt tensioner?
