Exedy twin metalic convertable to carbon?

Anybody know if it is possible to convert a twin cerimetalic clutch over to the full carbon version. Mine is ready for a rebuild and wonder if anybody has done it yet?

NO. It cannot be done. There was information in the past that led the public to believe this was possible, but unfortuently, you cannot.

If you are rebuilding the Twin Metallic I recommend the following:

-Replace Both Friction Discs (DM13DA, DM13DB)
-Replace the Intermediate Plates (IM01)
-Resurface Pressure Plate Casting (or you can purchase new, PP02)
-Resurface Flywheel (.010 from the flyhweel and .010 from the P.Plat bolting area to flywheel)

If you have anymore questions feel free to contact me direct!
