and under decelleration. It sounds so much like a heat sh ield rattling against my exhaust, but i have checked about 50 million times.

I have the buschur exhaust with test pipe. I noticed the other day, that the flange on my DP that bolts tot he o2 housing was really warped. Also, if i get under the car when it's running and i push or pull onthe DP it seems to slightly change the noise. I didnt notice this till after i did the 10.5 hotside install. Does ANYONE have any sort of info on th is cause its REALLY annoying and its pretty damn loud.

 

do you have the true 3' exhaust, if so you may need to put some header wrap arround the down pipe where it snakes past your k-frame just before where the cat should have been. that's what is causing my noise. the exhaust is so large it rattles between the k-frame and the small round brace.
