Sounds like you have the same problem! Its pretty easy to adjust the pedal. You will need a 12mm wrench. Look behind you clutch pedal and you will see the bolt that drives into the firewall when you push the pedal in. On that bolt on the side of the firewall there is a 12mm nut you need to loosen. Once you loosen that nut you can spin that bolt. Spin it counterclock wise to raise the pedal and opposite to tighten it. In your case you need to raise the pedal a bit. Dont do a lot of turns though! I read that you can drive the bolt through the master cylinder if you put too many turns on it so just do 1 turn and try it out. I had to move mine a few times to get it so it wasnt moving all the way up to 7000rpms. Once you have it adjusted tighten the 12mm nut back down and you are done.
